• Experience as a Construction Manager in the area of excavation, demolition, or contaminated sites
• Joy in leading and coordinating construction sites
• An experienced leadership personality with assertiveness
• Communication strength in dealing with customers, clients, employees, and partners
• Organizational talent and a structured way of working
• Entrepreneurial thinking and networked action
• High awareness of safety, quality, and environmental protection
