Contract Logistics Customer Service Warehousing

We are looking for our customers in Dietlikon, Koblenz and Embrach for an employee for: Contracts Logistics Customer Service Warehousing

The Customer Service Warehousing is responsible for the correct execution of customer-relevant tasks for maximum customer satisfaction.

Your tasks:

• Order processing incl. master data management within the used WMS
• Shipping coordination with the shift manager and other involved departments
• Organization of the day-to-day business (internal and external warehouses)
• Coordination of the shuttle service between the warehouses - if necessary
• Processing of customer requirements
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through continuous improvement of quality
• Permanent contact with customers
• Acting in the interest of the customer
• Supporting the team leader
• Monitoring and tracking customer KPIs
• Compliance with the required customer quality standards

Qualifications

You bring:

• Completed training in logistics or certain industries with professional experience
• Understanding and knowledge of logistical processes
• Contact-friendly
• Willingness for rare Saturday deployments
• Willingness for shifts between 7:00 - 20:00
• Very good German and English language skills
• Structured and analytical work
• Pronounced affinity for the required quality standards of the customers
• Taking responsibility for daily work
• Flexibility
• Good stress tolerance
