With your work as a cook (Commis de Cuisine or Chef de Partie) you help to present our establishment, Leon’s Loft, with good, high-quality, flawless Feel Good Food.

Tasks
Your diverse tasks mainly include:
— You work at all stations, in all shifts

• Preparation of our dishes during service - hot and cold kitchen
• Creating the Mise en Place for your station and assisting with other stations
• Production of semi-finished products (sauces, menu components, baked goods, cakes, etc.)

— You work according to recipes

• ensuring consistent quality, as well as good presentation

— You help to achieve a smooth workflow - you help within the team and you seek good cooperation with the entire team
— You work closely with the kitchen management
— You help to maintain a good quality level

Your supplementary side tasks include:
— You help to maintain flawless cleanliness and order

• general order at the workplace
• order and cleanliness in storage, refrigerator, and freezer rooms

— If necessary, you take on tasks in the office
— You take on tasks in goods handling

• goods receipt, incoming inspection
• storage order, First in First out, etc.
• support the chef with orders, defined products from defined suppliers
