Tasks

• Store manager or manager of a store - two titles, one mission: same tasks, same responsibilities. Are you ready to advance your point of sale with your team? Then you are in the right place with us.
• You know that if you support and motivate your employees, you and your team will successfully implement sales promotion measures.
• Our demanding clientele is delighted by the competent and courteous manner in which you advise them.
• You ensure optimal management of merchandise and make sure that your point of sale inspires a desire to buy.
• Your daily tasks? You develop the staff schedule including cost control and take charge of the store administration.

Requirements

• Are you convincing in sales and do you have management experience? Then you are made for us.
• Your professional training in the field of jewelry has made you a technical expert. You are competent in business management thanks to additional training.
• You have a very good command of German - both spoken and written.
• Office programs? No problem for you.
• Several years of experience in the sector? That will convince us.
