• You build your own customer network - we give you all the freedom to do so
• You are a valued sparring partner for construction companies when it comes to personnel decisions

What you should bring with you:

• You have experience as a personnel consultant or recruiter - ideally in the construction environment
• You are structured, have perseverance, and think entrepreneurially
• You don't just want to "place" - but really want to get people into work
• You are not just looking for a job - but a long-term task with real development potential
