Your tasks:

• Carrying out individual and resource-oriented care of patients and residents
• Professional support with medical procedures and therapeutic measures
• Observation and documentation of the physical and psychological condition of the patients
• Close cooperation with doctors, nursing specialists, and other professional groups to ensure the best possible patient care
• Accompanying patients and relatives in challenging situations

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Experience in acute care, long-term care, or Spitex is an advantage
• High professional competence and commitment to qualitative patient care
• Empathy, sense of responsibility, and teamwork skills
• Very good German language skills
