Receptionist

Tasks:

• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Creation of guest invoices
• Correspondence D/E/F, processing of written and teleph. inquiries and reservations
• Creation of daily closings
• Orders
• Sales conversations, service work

Requirements:

• Hotel specialist training
• Professional experience
• friendly, confident appearance
• guest-oriented mindset

• flexibility and resilience to work organized even in hectic situations.
• good user knowledge in common IT programs, hotel program

Languages:

• German as native language, good oral and written knowledge of English / French and possibly Italian
