Your mission :

You drive and execute the procurement strategy for Indirect Procurement and CAPEX, creating sustainable business value across the organization.

You lead strategic purchasing and complex commercial negotiations in indirect spend categories, optimizing costs, consolidating suppliers, and applying strict commercial standards.

You drive the commercial aspect of CAPEX investments, from tendering and supplier or contractor selection to negotiation and contracting, in close collaboration with engineering and operations.

You apply Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) principles to CAPEX decisions, taking into account acquisition, installation, commissioning, maintenance, service, energy consumption, and lifecycle costs.

You drive procurement excellence and governance by continuously improving our Procure-to-Pay framework, purchasing policies, contract management, general purchasing terms, supplier governance, and ERP master data.

You optimize and automate procurement processes while increasing spend transparency in indirect and CAPEX categories.

You collaborate with Planted stakeholders and represent Procurement in cross-functional projects related to indirect spend and CAPEX investments.

You:

Hold a degree in business administration, supply chain, operations management, engineering, or a related field, or possess an equivalent professional qualification combined with relevant professional experience.

Bring more than 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, category management, or strategic sourcing, ideally in the food and/or packaging industry.

Demonstrate proven experience in strategic sourcing and complex commercial negotiations in indirect spend categories.

Bring experience in CAPEX procurement, construction, production equipment, or industrial investment projects, a major asset.

Apply a strong commercial and TCO approach to procurement and investment decisions.

Combine strong analytical skills with a structured and numbers-driven approach, and confidently build business cases, commercial comparisons, key indicators, and reports.

Demonstrate strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge requirements and collaborate effectively with engineering, operations, and external technical experts.

Bring advanced MS Office skills and hands-on experience with ERP systems; Business Central is a plus.

Communicate fluently in German and English; any additional language is an asset.
