CNC Setter (M/F)

Your responsibilities:

• Set up and ensure the monitoring of CNC transfer machines for the production of watchmaking components
• Perform dimensional and aesthetic controls according to plans and quality requirements
• Guarantee production traceability (stamping, data entry) and follow daily indicators (quantity, quality, yield)
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of production processes

Your profile:

• CFC in the field of mechanics (polymécanicien, micromécanicien or a title deemed equivalent)
• Solid knowledge in CNC setting and machining
• Confirmed experience in the manufacturing of watchmaking components or precision parts
• Conscientious, autonomous person, able to work in a team
• Flexible and willing to work in 2×8 shifts
