In June 2024, our new building Rütibühl will open its doors. The concept is well thought out: a site-typical hamlet was created with four buildings, a courtyard and a garden, in the middle of nature. Various places invite you to linger. All buildings have direct access to the garden, which sets natural boundaries.

Care Professional, Health and Social Pedagogy, Wohngruppe Topas ##

With its 10 places, Wohngruppe Topas is oriented towards people with cognitive impairment and a demential development. The premises offer enough retreats in the middle of nature and feature an infrastructure and furniture that is ideally adapted to everyday living. You are offered the unique opportunity to actively participate in the professional orientation of these residential offers and the expansion of the specialist team.

You ###

• have completed training as a Care Professional, Health and Social Pedagogy and are interested in people with a cognitive impairment in old age
• have interest in training and accompanying apprentices in your field of expertise
• have interest in taking on an innovative and agile concept
• stand for self-responsibility, reliability and transparency and work with serenity and humor

We ###

• are a strong, motivated team with good ideas that wants to constantly develop further
• live a culture of cooperation with self-responsibility, openness and humor
• offer 6 weeks of vacation, 16 weeks of maternity and 4 weeks of paternity leave, generous continuing education conditions and a workplace with a view over our organic vineyard onto Lake Zürich
