Employee for Cleaning & Maintenance (40–60 %)

Area of responsibility: • Maintenance cleaning of residential and commercial properties • Cleaning of stairwells, apartments, offices and sanitary facilities • Basic cleaning (e.g. floors, windows, special cleaning as needed) • Careful handling of machines, tools and cleaning agents • Independent work according to plan at various objects • General maintenance work around properties (depending on the order) Requirements profile: • Proven professional experience in cleaning • Driver's license category B mandatory • Trailer test category BE an advantage • Education as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ an advantage • Independent, reliable and clean working method • Physically resilient • Good German language skills • Residence permit C or Swiss citizenship (minimum)
