Requirements:

• Completed training as a Specialist in Childcare FaBe EFZ / Specialist in Childcare FaBe EFZ or equivalent qualification.
• Enthusiasm for working with young children and an empathetic, patient personality.
• Creativity and initiative in planning and implementing activities.
• Teamwork and structured approach to work.
• Good German language skills in word and writing.
• Experience in dealing with young children and ideally first professional experiences (an advantage).
