Profile sought:

• Hold a CFC in ASSC;
• Possess broad clinical knowledge;
• Experience in home care: an asset;
• Autonomy, punctuality, respect for the professional framework and interpersonal ease;
• Driver's license indispensable;
• Work is carried out primarily with a vehicle provided or with your own vehicle, according to the needs of the service.

Your main missions:

You intervene at the patients' homes to:

• Perform hygiene care;
• Perform technical care under the delegation of a nurse (health visits, dressings, injections, blood tests, treatment follow-up, etc.);
• Ensure quality follow-up with patients;
• Collaborate with the medical team and other stakeholders;
• Respect care protocols and hygiene standards;
• Complete patient files with rigor

Intervention zones:

• Broye-Vully;
• Glâne;
• Lavaux-Oron;
• And the surrounding villages
