To strengthen our team in Wetzikon, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious

Construction Manager: High-Rise Building 60-100%

Your tasks

• You are responsible for estimating, construction accounting, scheduling, construction management, and billing
• Coordination of contractors, builders, and specialist planners
• Responsible for compliance with construction-relevant safety standards and laws
• You carry out construction inspections and negotiations with authorities
• You act as an interface between the building owner and the architectural office

Your competencies

• Completed vocational training in the construction industry, federal diploma as a construction manager an advantage
• Practical experience in the implementation of construction projects
• Good knowledge of norms and laws
• Secure in dealing with different service providers (e.g. craftsmen) and stakeholder groups (including builders and authorities)
• IT skills MS-Office, MS-Project, and Messerli
• Driver's license category B
