We are looking for a:

Head Chef 100% (m/f)

Start of activity to be agreed with the employer

Your missions:

• Design and develop menus in accordance with the identity of the restaurant
• Prepare and present dishes
• Manage purchases and stocks
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards
• Actively participate in the development of the restaurant with original proposals

Your profile:

• Holder of a CFC in cooking or a deemed equivalent title
• Proven experience in a similar position
• Creativity and rigor
• Mastery of culinary techniques and team management
• Good mastery of hygiene and safety rules
