Your tasks

• Independent planning and project design of sanitary systems in new builds and renovations
• Creation of diagrams, concepts, CAD plans and tenders
• Coordination with architects, clients and specialist planners
• Accompanying and monitoring the execution on the construction site
• Collaboration in interdisciplinary teams for overall projects
• Compliance with standards, deadlines and costs

Your profile

• Completed training as Building Services Planner Sanitary EFZ or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the planning of sanitary systems is an advantage
• Good knowledge of CAD as well as 3D (e.g., MegaCAD, Bausoft, WINHT)
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Team spirit, communication skills and sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment of innovative technology and sustainable solutions
