• Receipt and processing of customer requests and complaints
• Careful checking of orders and deliveries
• Attractive presentation of products in the shop

Your profile:

• Completed training in retail (ideally with a focus on telecommunications)
• Service-oriented and enjoys customer contact
• (CH)-German as a native language as well as English skills- Sympathetic appearance with an impeccable reputation
• Basic knowledge of Office, Apple, and Android products
