Project/Construction Manager Civil Engineering

For our client in Zürich, we are looking for an experienced personality to strengthen the team as

PROJECT/CONSTRUCTION MANAGER CIVIL ENGINEERING (M/F/D) ####

Your tasks:

• Realization and processing of civil engineering projects.
• Flawless and timely measurement preparation and billing.
• Work preparation (AVOR) and construction site organization.
• Cost, schedule, and quality control.
• Initial and follow-up support up to and including warranty work.
• Responsibility in the tendering and awarding process.
• Contact person for demanding customers.
• Personnel management.

Requirements:

• Completed technical vocational training in the construction industry.
• Further training as a Dipl. Bauleiter, Techniker FH, Dipl. Bauführer or equivalent training.
• Professional experience in construction management and project execution in the field of civil engineering.
• Initial experience in personnel management is an advantage.
• Schedule, customer, and team-oriented way of working.
• Good technical understanding with planning and coordination skills.
• Experience with construction software such as Messerli as well as MS Project is an advantage.
