Le Campanile Martigny is a true living space, where we guarantee our guests quality services and personalized service.
In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a receptionist (m/f), capable of becoming a new ambassador for our brand.

Mission description

• Welcoming and informing customers
• Management and billing of hotel reservations.
• Ensuring the transmission of information to the various sectors.

You take care of the guests throughout their stay.

Profile

• Successful experience in reception within a hotel establishment.
• Keen sense of interpersonal relations and welcoming (smile, presentation, listening…)
• Mastery of French and English (written and oral). German would be a strong asset.
• Knowledge of IT tools.
