Your tasks

• * You support our team administratively and thus relieve our HR specialists
• * Reliable execution of assigned tasks and missions
• * Entry and updating of master data in our ERP (Abacus)
• * Participation in the digitization of HR processes
• * Support for marketing tasks (employer branding)
• Your profile
• * You have completed a commercial training and are looking to start in HR
• * First steps and continuing education started or planned in the field of HR is an asset
• * Autonomous way of working according to the missions of the HR specialists
• * Good IT knowledge (Office 365, Abacus and Polypoint PEP an asset)
• * Understanding of service and performance
• * Enjoyment of contact with people
