Bartender

For Papa Joe's we are looking for a bartender
50% - 100% at an hourly wage

General task
Independent organization and management of the bar, performance of the host function, active sale of concept-specific products, ensuring defined production processes (cocktails)

Main tasks
The job holder is responsible for:

• Personal and friendly contact with their guests
• Knowledge and active sale of the offerings
• Smooth communication with the service
• Impeccable hygiene in all areas of the bar
• Cash register management and accounting in the bar
• Adherence to recipes (cocktails)
• Smooth processes in the bar
• Independent ordering of goods in consultation with the Head Bartender
• Flawless inventory management (FIFO/cleanliness/stock levels)
• Assistance in the design of the bar menu, mailings, specials
• "Smile you're on stage"

The job holder has the following obligations towards the company:

• Adherence to internal company concept specifications and regulations
• Regular participation in team meetings
• Participation in training sessions

Competencies
The necessary competencies for the execution of the tasks and for the fulfillment of the responsibilities are considered transferred.

Requirement profile

• Very good German and English skills
• Well-groomed appearance
• Calm and prudent working style
• Experience in the bar area
• Willingness to work until 4:00 AM
