• Several years of proven successful sales experience in the insurance field service
• Leadership experience and enjoyment of motivating and developing a team
• Winning, convincing personality with pronounced social competence
• Very high self-motivation, result-orientation, and assertiveness
• Analytical thinking as well as a structured and flexible way of working
• Excellent German language skills in word and writing, additional languages an advantage
• Well-groomed appearance and enjoyment of interacting with people
• Successfully completed VBV exam as an insurance broker
• Innovative spirit and willingness to actively control performance and success
