The Brasserie Lok is more than a restaurant. In the unique atmosphere of the Lokremise, we combine French brasserie culture with heartfelt Swiss hospitality. From Moules et Frites to Entrecôte Café de Paris, to a wine list with over 150 positions, we create enjoyable moments for our guests every day. Your tasks
As a deputy of the Chef de Service, you are a host/hostess by passion and actively support the leadership of our service team.

Your tasks include:

• Support in leading, organizing, and motivating the service team
• Ensuring professional and heartfelt guest service
• Active participation in the service during service hours
• Advising our guests on food and wine selection
• Supporting training and the introduction of new employees
• Shared responsibility for a smooth operation in day-to-day business
• Compliance with our quality, hygiene, and service standards

What you bring

• Experience in service or a comparable function
• Enjoyment of interacting with people and genuine host qualities
• Interest in wine, culinary arts, and refined service
• Sense of responsibility and team spirit
• Independent and reliable working method
• Ability to cope with hectic situations
• Very good German language skills, additional languages are an advantage
