Exciting tasks await:

• Final editing of judgments, decrees, and decisions
• Preparation of draft judgments in all areas of jurisdiction of the Bezirksgericht Brugg
• Participation in hearings and judgment deliberations with an advisory voice
• Assignment to the civil, criminal, labor, and family court as well as in the Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzbehörde (KESB)
• Support of the court presidents in procedural management
• Minute-taking in hearings or inquiries

What you bring:

• Completed studies in jurisprudence (MLaw or lic. iur.)
• Professional experience (advocacy/judiciary/municipal administration) is an advantage
• Exact German language skills in spoken and written form
• Reliability, willingness to learn, confidentiality, sociability
• Polished appearance and good manners and teamwork skills
• Quick comprehension and extremely independent and efficient way of working
