Butcher EFZ (m/f/d) 80–100%

Your tasks:
-------------------

• Professional processing and refinement of meat products
• Cutting, portioning and packaging according to quality and hygiene standards
• Collaboration in the optimization of production processes
• Compliance with HACCP regulations and company safety and hygiene regulations
• Operation and monitoring of machines and systems
• Quality control of processed products

Your profile:
----------------

Completed training as a butcher EFZ or comparable professional experience
In-depth knowledge of meat processing and production

• High level of hygiene awareness and precise, independent work
• Teamwork, flexibility and reliability
• Willingness to work shifts
• Good German language skills (at least B1)
• Mobility is a requirement
