The Regional Employment Center (RAV) ensures competent and comprehensive counseling for job seekers, employers, and other official agencies. It supports job seekers in their reintegration process into the labor market with the measures of the unemployment insurance. Timely and permanent job placement is the priority. To strengthen the team, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a Personnel Consultant RAV Wil (m/f/d) Workload: 80-100% Work location: Wil What to expect • Advising and placing job-seeking persons • Conducting and documenting counseling sessions • Developing and agreeing upon adequate reintegration strategies and qualification measures with job seekers • Cooperation with internal specialist departments (logistics of labor market measures, legal service, employer service, etc.) • Verifying compliance with legal requirements and initiating sanctions in case of misuse • Carrying out all administrative work associated with the activities What distinguishes you • Commercial basic training or vocational apprenticeship with commercial further training • Federal Diploma of Higher Education as an HR Specialist, Social Insurance Specialist, or willingness to undertake this further training • Professional experience in personnel placement, personnel consulting, demanding customer consulting, or close connection to social insurance • Empathic and solution-oriented communication with the most diverse interlocutors from various social and cultural circles • Flexibility and willingness to perform possible assignments at the RAV locations Wil and Rapperswil What we offer • High degree of independence and personal responsibility after professional induction • Various working time models • Workplace within walking distance of the train station • Discounted Ostwind company subscription • Modern infrastructure (open-space office) Ready for the next step?
