The Educalis group federates three early childhood centers (Les Petits Acrobates, La Nanosphère and le Microcosme), a private school (l’Ecole Vivalys), a holiday camp organization (Les Graines de Curieux) as well as a running club for toddlers (EducaRun). We are recruiting for one of our early childhood centers for a position as:
Pedagogical Director (M/F) at 100%

You possess a true entrepreneurial spirit, combined with solid experience in the direction and management of teams. You take pleasure in supporting employees in their development, revealing talents, steering innovative pedagogical projects and being present in the field to support teams on a daily basis.
You contribute concretely to the development and influence of an organization recognized for its excellence. You know how to welcome, listen, reassure and convince. You know how to arouse interest and create a desire to join your establishment, highlight its pedagogical project and support families in choosing a living environment for their child. You actively contribute to the reputation, attractiveness and harmonious development of your establishment.
You are organized, reactive and master basic IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook). You are bilingual French/English.
You meet all the prerequisite conditions regarding experience, titles and professional training to exercise a function recognized by the SCAJE as pedagogical management (reference director or director for the SCAJE) or wish to undertake one of the recognized training programs.
You wish to invest yourself fully in the long term within a group of premium nurseries active in French-speaking Switzerland for more than 15 years and recognized for its commitment to pedagogical quality and the professional development of its teams. You make no compromises on quality and are ready to commit to a position of responsibility. You wish to have great freedom of action.
