Independent support and management of projects in the field of wall and floor coverings
Planning, coordination and supervision of execution work on construction sites
Leadership and deployment planning of our installation teams
Schedule, quality and cost control of ongoing projects
Organization of construction site logistics as well as material procurement
Measurement, supplementary claims and billing
Conducting construction site meetings and construction acceptances
Ensuring professional and customer-oriented project execution
With our own projects, you can additionally expand your area of responsibility and, if required, take on construction management tasks beyond the field of wall and floor coverings.
You will convince us with these strengths:
Training in the main construction or secondary construction trade
Further training as a Construction Manager, Technician HF or Project Manager
At least 5 years of professional experience in construction or project management
Experience in the coordination of various trades
Entrepreneurial thinking as well as cost and quality awareness
Confident appearance towards customers, architects and entrepreneurs
Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
Good IT skills and driving license category B
