Activity

• Recording and management of customer error reports including communication via 8D reporting
• Definition and implementation of corrective and preventive measures for quality assurance
• Support of production in processing internal complaints
• Creation and maintenance of test plans in the CAQ system
• Conducting internal audits according to the audit plan
• Requirements
• Completed technical training in the metal sector such as polymechanics, production mechanics or metal construction
• Advanced knowledge in quality management through further training or ongoing education
• Experience in quality assurance with secure IT skills, in particular CAQ, ERP, Windows, MS Office and Outlook
• Negotiation-secure English skills in word and writing
• Independent, structured way of working combined with high personal responsibility and communication skills
