Your tasks:

• Professional management of the entire recruitment process: from needs analysis to successful job placement
• Proactive candidate acquisition as well as close coordination with customers
• Use of modern digital tools in temporary staffing and recruitment
• Building and maintaining a sustainable network in the construction industry

Your profile:

• Several years of professional experience in HR consulting or recruitment, preferably in the construction environment
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Independent, structured way of working and high self-motivation
• Resilience, reliability, and quality awareness
