Job Description ##

You act as the privileged point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding orders, repairs, deliveries, and logistical operations:

• Participate in the operational management of the supply chain.
• Contribute to the estimation of component needs for new products.
• Maintain and update demand forecasts as well as safety stock levels.
• Ensure the monitoring and resolution of pending orders.
• Analyze end-of-life cycle stocks and recommend appropriate actions taking into account commercial, logistical, and financial issues.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee the continuity of operations.
• Ensure full monitoring of customer orders, from entry to final delivery.
• Respond to requests relating to prices, availability, repairs, deadlines, and shipments.
• Manage urgent situations to guarantee compliance with customer commitments.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction via the processing and monitoring of quality returns.
• Ensure compliance with performance indicators related to deliveries and service.

The Successful Applicant ##

You correspond to the following profile:

• Higher education (for example a Bachelor's) in the fields of supply chain, logistics, commerce or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, ideally in the field of procurement.
• Experience in after-sales service is appreciated.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills.
• You are analytical, rigorous, service-oriented, and results-oriented.
• Strong sensitivity to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to solve complex problems and to take initiative.
• Team spirit and ability to develop positive working relationships.
• Good mastery of IT tools and ERP systems; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Professional working proficiency in French and English.
