School Social Worker or Social Pedagogue with a 50% workload

As of 1. September 2026 or by agreement, we are looking for
a school social worker or a social pedagogue with a 50% workload

Around 430 students attend the Schule Fahrwangen (primary, secondary and vocational school).

Areas of responsibility

• Individual counseling and support for students, parents, teachers, school management and authorities
• Develop prevention work and early detection
• Interventions in crisis and conflict situations
• Working with groups and classes
• Networking and triage with internal or external specialist offices
• Collaboration on projects

Your profile

• You have professional and consulting experience in school social work or social pedagogy
• You have experience in the field of prevention
• You have a recognized degree in the social field (FH Social Work or equivalent)
• You are a team player and have high social and communicative competence
• You work independently, creatively and flexibly
