You live leadership with empathy and clarity. As deputy, you support the managing director in the overall business management of the operation. For this responsible role, we invest specifically in your induction. In the first few months, you will get to know the processes and procedures at all levels.
You have acquired your professional and leadership skills through various positions in gastronomy. A completed apprenticeship as well as further advanced training in gastronomy are advantageous for this position. You love direct guest contact and active collaboration with your team, but also enjoy working with common IT programmes and are not afraid of administrative tasks.

Your colourful buffet consists of: ##

• Leading and promoting the entire front team, approx. 8 - 10 employees
• Host with passion
• Active participation in operational business
• Completing daily administrative tasks
• Duty scheduling and working time control
• Preparation of daily accounts
• Direct deputy of management during absences
• Supporting management in the overall business management of the operation
