Your tasks
Need- and resource-oriented, individual care and nursing within the key person system
Responsible for a modern nursing process
Analyzing complex care and nursing situations, initiating measures as well as their evaluation
Participation in the development of nursing quality and the residential group
Deployment in early, late, and night shifts
Your profile
Education at the level of Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF or FH is a requirement!
High social competence, teamwork skills, flexibility, and resilience
Goal-oriented, independent, and service-oriented way of working
Very good oral and written German skills, understanding of Swiss German
Good PC user skills and, if possible, experience in electronic resident documentation (as well as preferably RAI knowledge)
