Your tasks

• Participation in care and individual and targeted management tasks in order to meet the needs of our patients
• Handling of administrative, logistical, and household responsibilities of the unit to ensure smooth operations
• Co-responsibility for the social well-being of our patients to ensure that they feel good and well cared for with us

Your profile

• Completed training as a healthcare specialist
• First professional experience desired
• Interest in the field of neuro-rehabilitation
• Excellent social skills as well as high stress resistance

Individual working models in care

• Choose between FIX, FLEX, or SUPERFLEX the working model that suits you best. Flexible contracts offer you the comfort of a fixed employment contract as well as attractive benefits in the form of flexible work assignments (pilot project starting from 1er juin 2025).
• Other models with only morning or evening shifts as well as the working model with, without, or only night shifts have already been well established with us for a long time.
