For an established industrial company in the Glarus region, we are looking for a motivated and reliable person as Sachbearbeiter/in Logistik & Export 100% immediately or by agreement. In this varied position, you will coordinate national and international transports and ensure timely processing of export and shipping processes.

Your tasks:

• Planning and coordination of transports in Germany and abroad
• Creation of the necessary export and shipping documents
• Organization of timely goods provision
• Coordination of rail transports as well as control of transport invoices
• Support of disposition in the national transport sector
• Processing of goods issue bookings and care of the registration area
• General administrative tasks as well as material orders

Your profile:

• Completed commercial basic training
• Several years of professional experience in transport disposition, logistics or export
• Good MS-Office skills as well as experience with ERP systems
• Very good German language skills as well as good English language skills in word and writing
• Further language skills are an advantage
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Resilient, flexible and team-oriented personality with organizational talent
