Location Genève Availability Immediately Type Permanent Reference 42205 Published on 27/08/2026 As part of a permanent position, the OK Job'Xpert service is looking for a Building Estimator for a renowned company in the construction field to join the Technical Cost Estimation office based in the canton of Vaud. Job description ### Your mission: • Quote the construction site realization and prepare technical tender files, • Develop execution methods and installation plans • Develop schedules • Consult suppliers and subcontractors, • Determine all the means to be implemented for the realization of the works in compliance with the quality, safety and deadline objectives defined in the tender dossier, • Perform the cost study (site visit, implementation of methodology, management of the study, consultation of partners, calculations) • Ensure the transfer of study files to the works teams by presenting and justifying the calculation hypotheses. • Responsible for your offers, you will present your files in MO meetings with the support of the Acquisition/Sales manager Please note that we will only respond to files corresponding to the requirements of the position within 10 days; if you have not received a response from us, please consider that we have not selected your file. Profile ### • Trained in construction CFC - ES - Engineer/Technician • Confirmed experience of at least 8 years in a similar position or in Site Management on Swiss territory • Building project experience • You are versatile and proactive • Solution-oriented, • Great capacity to analyze and exploit complex tenders • Good communication skills and ease in contacts • Excellent command of IT tools and usual software Cost Estimation Engineer / Estimator / Permanent
