Tasks

• Confidential psychosocial counseling of employees facing professional and private challenges
• Support in situations such as stress, conflicts, personal crises, addiction problems, burnout, or psychological burdens
• Support for employees and managers in difficult professional situations
• Conducting mediations and conflict resolution interviews
• Counseling on topics such as harassment, discrimination, and sexual harassment
• Close collaboration with HR, medical services, case management, and other specialized internal services
• Participation in health prevention and promotion measures
• Documentation and guarantee of professional counseling standards

Conditions

• University degree in psychology, health psychology, social work, or equivalent training
• Continuing education in the field of counseling, coaching, psychotherapy, or mediation
• Several years of professional experience in psychosocial counseling or the employee assistance field
• High competence in counseling as well as pronounced empathy and communication skills
• Autonomous, discreet, and trustworthy way of working
• Experience in aviation/aerospace sector is an asset
• Very good knowledge of German and English
