YOUR TASKS

• As a valued member of our clinic and the IPS team, you make the difference! With your commitment, you ensure that our patients are in the best hands
• Your responsibility includes nursing development and quality assurance on the intensive care unit
• You evaluate the implemented nursing measures and adapted methods
• You lead projects and work actively in working groups on the IPS and with other nursing experts from the clinic
• The physical and mental well-being of our patients is your top priority
• You take responsibility for monitoring, caring for, and accompanying patients in demanding and complex care situations

YOUR PROFILE

• We require several years of professional experience as a certified intensive care nursing expert
• As an IPS nursing specialist, you have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• If you are interested in being employed as a nursing expert, you are already studying for a Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) or plan to start soon
• A supplementary degree in MAS or CAS is an advantage
• You speak fluent German, English skills in word and writing are desired
• Experience in project management and nursing development is an advantage
• Good IT user skills
• Great flexibility, resilience, and high organizational talent
