We are looking for Milk Technologist / Milk Technologist – Food Production in Graubünden

For one of the largest dairies in Switzerland in Landquart, we are looking for a committed and responsible specialist as a milk technologist or milk technologist.

In a modern production facility, over 100 million kilograms of milk are processed annually into high-quality cheese specialties such as Raclette and Switzerland Swiss. You can expect a collegial working environment with modern equipment and varied tasks.

Your tasks

• Monitoring and ensuring a smooth production process
• Carrying out and monitoring the CIP cleaning processes
• Operation and control of the pasteurization plants
• Collaboration in whey processing
• Implementation of production work according to the weekly and daily plan
• Support in filling the finished products and during cleaning processes
• Ensuring good communication between the control room and production
• Compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety regulations

Your profile

• Completed training as a milk technologist, milk technologist, or a comparable training in the food sector
• Experience in a production facility is an advantage
• Technical understanding in handling production equipment
• High quality, hygiene, and safety awareness
• Willingness to work flexibly in different production areas
• Willingness to take on additional tasks according to instructions
