Kitchen Allrounder

The Jugendherberge St. Moritz is looking for a Kitchen Allrounder on an hourly basis. Your tasks: • Cleaning of dishes, cutlery, glasses and kitchen appliances • Operation of dishwashers as well as professional hand washing • Cleaning and maintenance of the wash-up area and adjacent work areas • Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP) • Support of the kitchen team in the preparation of salads and desserts • Preparation of the breakfast buffet (setup, replenishing, checking) Your profile: -Reliable and independent way of working -Friendly, service-oriented appearance towards guests -Teamwork skills and flexibility -Willingness to work early shifts as well as weekend and holiday work -Basic knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness is an advantage -German language skills are an advantage, but not mandatory We look forward to receiving your complete application via email.
