Healthcare Specialist EFZ/Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF

Tasks

• Holistic care and support of patients in a specialized setting
• Support in everyday life as well as promotion of individual resources
• Observation, assessment and documentation of health status
• Close interdisciplinary cooperation with specialists from therapy, medicine and social sectors
• Participation in the design of a stable and promoting environment
• Implementation of nursing and therapeutic measures according to the treatment plan

Requirements

• Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ/ Dipl. Nursing Specialist or equivalent recognition
• Experience in dealing with people in challenging life situations is an advantage
• High social competence, empathy and resilience
• Ability to act calmly and professionally even in complex situations

Teamwork skills as well as independent way of working

• Good German skills in spoken and written language
