Project Manager Architecture (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• You support our clients through the elaboration of projects and solution approaches in all phases of SIA service processing, in order to offer comprehensive consulting services
• Careful coordination with our clients to capture their needs and incorporate them into planning and implementation
• Responsible for the planning, organization, and execution of construction projects
• Communication and coordination with clients, authorities, architects, and specialist planners
• Leadership and motivation of the project team to achieve the project goals
• Budget and cost calculations as well as offer management
• Planning and monitoring construction progress and ensuring a smooth project course
• Regular documentation and reporting on the status to internal and external responsible parties
• Site management / specialist site management by arrangement

Our requirements

• Completed studies as an architect or similar specialist field
• Professional experience as a project manager in the construction industry, preferably in healthcare
• Enjoyment of the planning, organization, and coordination of projects
• Architectural and constructive understanding as well as imagination
• Sound knowledge of planning and construction processes
• Flair for numbers and knowledge in determining construction costs
• Experience in specification / tendering
• Strong communication and presentation skills
