Group Leader 40-60%

We are looking for a dedicated person as a group leader 40-60% in the day structures of Chinderhuus Küssnacht, starting immediately or by agreement.

Your role

• Leadership and organization of your children's group in the daily routine of the day structure
• Planning and designing a varied leisure and care offer
• Accompaniment and promotion of children in school everyday life
• Instruction and support of employees and learners
• Cooperation with parents, school and site management

What characterizes you

• Training as a specialist in childcare EFZ or comparable pedagogical qualification
• Experience in caring for children in day structures is an advantage
• Joy in working with school-age children and in pedagogical responsibility
• Appreciative, reflective and independent personality
• Interest in modern pedagogy and team work
