Your field of activity

• You are responsible for the technical execution of construction sites in the field of building construction
• On-site, you lead the construction site personnel professionally and are responsible for deployment planning in cooperation with the construction management
• Throughout the entire execution, you undertake project controlling and, together with the construction management, monitor costs, deadlines, and quality
• You are responsible for occupational safety, health protection, and environmental protection on the construction site

Your foundation

• You have basic training in building construction and have either further trained as a foreman or have already gained corresponding experience in a comparable function
• Thanks to your communicative and motivating personality as well as your entrepreneurial thinking, you successfully lead people through demanding projects
• You enjoy direct interaction with customers and business partners on-site as well as interest in business management contexts
• In everyday work, you convince through initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
