The Hotel Alpin is a charming 3–Star Superior hotel in the heart of Saas-Fee, directly on the ski slopes and near the cable car station. A beautiful house with 31 rooms, 1 restaurant, 2 meeting rooms, 1 gym and 1 wellness area with sauna, offers a very well-maintained gastronomy with hotel and menu cuisine. Our team consists of 6 employees.

Your profile

• Experience in gastronomy, ideally in the hotel industry
• Experience with the hotel program Protel (ideally)
• Strong communication skills and a well-groomed appearance
• Ability to remain friendly and calm even under pressure
• Excellent communication skills in German and English skills
• Motivation and willingness to learn

Your tasks

• Supports the operation and management as a representative of the hotel director
• Reservation and invoice control as well as daily closures
• Telephone service, guest accounting, cash management and debtors
• Sale and upselling of various offers in the hotel
• Personal reception and care of our demanding hotel guests, including groups.
• Control of the building technology
