Your tasks as Department Manager Bakery & Pastry:

• Leadership and further development of a team of around 12 employees including apprentices
• Responsibility for quality, processes, and efficient production in the bakery and pastry department
• Responsibility for goods and inventory management as well as production and work planning
• Ensuring hygiene and quality standards
• Co-designing and further developing our assortment
• Close cooperation with the management

What you bring with you:

• Training as Bäcker-Konditor-Confiseur/in EFZ
• Sound experience in bakery production
• Leadership experience or the willingness to take on leadership responsibility for a team
• High quality standards and entrepreneurial thinking
