Technical Group Leader Civil Engineering Your contribution to us Responsible for leading the construction business in the region in interaction with all relevant stakeholders Developing a common vision as well as strategy and living it within the team Responsibility for the performance and the result of the branch Leadership and development of the employees in the branch Acquisition of construction orders and systematic customer care in agreement with the division management Leadership and control of the project and construction management for the optimized execution of the projects Conclusion of subcontractor contracts in coordination with the division management Negotiation with the client on essential questions of construction execution, on interpretation, amendment and extension of the construction contract as well as on approval of addenda in agreement with the division management Control of the construction process as well as the construction site result Implementation and shared responsibility for work preparation and construction site organization Participation and co-design of innovation topics in construction (e.g. BIM) Responsibility for cost, schedule and quality issues What counts for us Completed basic education in construction with further training as a Dipl.
