Your tasks:

• Independent recruitment of qualified specialists and executives in the construction industry
• Conducting the entire recruitment process -- from needs clarification to successful placement
• Maintenance and expansion of the candidate and customer network through proactive relationship management
• Use of modern tools and innovative methods in personnel leasing and recruitment

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in HR consulting or recruitment, ideally in the Swiss construction environment
• Convincing, professional appearance and pronounced communication strength
• Customer-oriented, independent action and entrepreneurial thinking
• High willingness to work, reliability and pleasure in working with people
