Kitchen Assistant

Guided by the existing team, your main tasks will be the mise en place, preparation, and making of the daily specials. You will execute the tasks assigned to you with speed and professionalism. You will be able to ensure the proper functioning of the station assigned to you while respecting current HACCP standards. You will also be required to clean, tidy, and maintain the kitchen as well as the cooking utensils.

You benefit from confirmed experience of a few years as a kitchen assistant in collective catering in Switzerland. You are capable of holding a position within a kitchen autonomously and integrating with new people. Of calm character, you are dynamic, organized, and have good interpersonal skills. You consider your profession a passion. You have good resistance to stress

You are available for the entire period. Good command of French (B2) - Split shifts and salary according to CCNT. Position not provided with accommodation.
